Welcome to Hearing Aid's website, the online counterpart to our print magazine. Operating through STAR (St Andrews Radio), Hearing Aid showcases the music journalism and art of our diverse student body. With two issues annually, our magazine is a sophisticated publication that has been shortlisted for STACK's student magazine of the year in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

   Our team of writers covers new music releases, album reviews, and gig reviews and introduces you to new artists worthy of more attention.  We spotlight new and alternative voices, so we encourage you to write for us if you think you’ve got something fresh to offer. We love new artists, so if you'd like to send us some new music for review, get in touch!
